```Responsibilities and Requirements:``` - 5 years of experience in the real estate industry plus CPA license - Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, regulatory reports, and tax filings - Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards - Oversee the general ledger reconciliation process and ensure accuracy of financial data - Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and reviews - Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters - Manage payroll processing, accounts payable, and other accounting functions - Conduct regular analysis of financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement ```Skills:``` - Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Expertise in regulatory reporting requirements - Proficiency in technical accounting principles and practices - Experience in corporate accounting functions - Knowledge of payroll processing and accounts payable procedures - Ability to perform general ledger reconciliations - Understanding of double entry bookkeeping principles If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and a proven track record in financial management, we encourage you to apply for this position.
